When you complete our enquiry form, we collect the name, email address, phone number (if provided) and message you submit. We do not run a shop or take payments on this site, so we do not collect payment or card information.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry and to help you with pieces, sizing, styling and availability. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
How it's processed
Enquiry submissions are delivered to our inbox via Web3Forms, a form-delivery service that forwards your message and does not retain it long-term. Messages you send us on WhatsApp are handled under WhatsApp's own terms.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to assist you and to keep a reasonable record of our communication. [CONFIRM: state a specific retention period, e.g. 24 months.]
